It’s said that everyone needs a swift kick in the pants in order to get yourself motivated, up, and running. “Just do it” one shoe company often claims. They have a point. For the last few months, I have been losing a little faith in my ability to manage a successful community. That has been completely restored. I haven’t been focusing on my skills as I’ve been working two jobs, one of which takes up my nights and thoughts as an ever demanding start-up. That’s fine, but during such grind, one loses the ability to see things objectively and from all angles.
You must be careful not to spread yourself too thin, and to always remember to concentrate on what your best at. It usually takes an epiphany to break me out of a rut, that, or a good swift kick in the pants by a dear friend. This week, I have some exciting news to share with everyone regarding the most iconic architecture our city has to offer. I can’t quite claim what that is yet, but I can tell you – it’s based on renewable energy and will be coming up in early 2010. Please stay tuned and if you have been in a rut like me, keep your eye one the prize, work hard, and “Just do it”
